The YL-8HZ With or without Spout Pouch automatic packaging machine is specially designed for packaging spout pouches, with or without spouts. Featuring an 8-station rotary structure, it delivers stable performance and precise handling of spout positioning, filling, and sealing, making it ideal for liquid and semi-liquid packaging applications.
Operating at 30–40 pouches per minute, the YL-8HZ supports pouch sizes up to 300 mm in length and 200 mm in width, with a filling range from 80 g to 1 kg. Equipped with heat sealing and spout welding technologies, it is compatible with flat spout pouches, stand-up spout pouches, as well as standard flat and stand-up bags, ensuring strong seals and reliable performance in food and non-food packaging environments.
